todae went gym + swim then spa.

haha I went alone but God love me, he send me a companion "JiaWei" in the gym. if you guys do not know, he is the sissy kind. But I m nice, I teach him + did not laugh at him =X o.O chatted with him and it turn out that pes c is the deskjob in ns, and he is inside coz he admit to being gay.
So a deskjob guy is training up in the gym? and i guess it is to attract other "female gay"

the weather do not look good at first, it was raining so I tot i have to cancel my swimming.
But wohoo it stop rainning at around 5. My initial plan is 3-5 gym 5-9 swimming + spa so God make it fix in nicely.

so byebye jiawei! good luck with ur future! and off I went to swim! changed into my triangular swimming trunk! put on my cool degree goggles! and I saw "WeiMing" in the changing room! another GodSend companion. WeiMing is supposed to be a very hardworking nerd that is so legend last time in secondary school. he buy assesment book for himself and just keep doing, even his mum have to resort to throwing away his assesment book to make him eat or take a break! but now he have changed to focus on physical side and is more well built then me =( oh well.

so off we went to swim, i corrected his freestyle since it was self taught by himself. after that we just keep swimming. I do froggy style mostly coz my legs is tired from the running earlier already and cant do freestyle nicely. wohoo and i swim in the wave! it required mre strength but I can feel my body getting fitter with the pain ache i feel =D

Swim and swim then he went off, and i went to spa. feel so shiok with the relaxing feeling and ache at the same time. wohoo after dat went to eat a plate of rice with 4 sides then bought home a spring chicken to eat.

overall i feel satisfied with my activities as it set my mind away. fate have bring me two weirdos as companion and stop the rain for me as well. But I must admit I m moody inside the gym when the rain started with lots of thunder coupled with the songs that kept me thinking.

Wohoo I m happy though in the end.
